A lovely, heavily Sherried dram from Indian distiller Paul John. Whilst the distillery itself is based in Goa, this single malt is distilled from high quality six-row Indian barley, grown at the base of the Himalayas. The spirit spent the first five years of its maturation in former Bourbon barrels,before enjoying a two year finishing period in 60 year old Pedro Ximenez casks.
