With heritage dating back to 1839, The Dalmore Distillery has developed a reputation as having deeply flavoured whiskies, resulting from the extensive use of fortified wine casks, including Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry butts, sourced from famed producers in Spain. For the Sherry Cask Select, the collaborated with three Sherry producers to create bespoke seasoned casks for a further two year finishing maturation.
