I’m sitting here trying to reconcile how something can be ‘silky’ nd ‘dusty’ at the same time, but this wine manages to bring the two together in a fruit-driven, carefully restrained flavour explosion. All I can think is that it’s like what would happen if we actually managed to harness fusion power. All that power, contained by something; something very special.
