WINERY INFORMATION nbsp Vineyard nbsp No expense was spared in the production of this low volume super premium Yarra Valley Chardonnay nbsp Estate grown on our south facing 26 year old Kangaroo Ground vineyard Dry grown in the renowned deep volcanic soils of the district Partial nbsp barrel ermented nbsp in one year nbsp old St Martin Allier puncheons from 6 Baume until dry Full malolactic secondary ferment and nbsp lees stirring has resulted in a beautifully balanced and seamlessly integrated Yarra Valley Chardonnay a style not often seen since the 1980 rsquo s nbsp Not yet shown on the wine circuit however we are confident medals will be awarded in the upcoming show season nbsp Hand pruned and picked no pesticides a traditional handmade wine that is vegan compliant no animal derived products used in the winemaking TASTING NOTES An classic Yarra Valley Chardonnay from the black volcanic soils of our estate - a traditional style highly aromatic balanced by spicy French oak
