WINERY INFORMATION Henry rsquo s Drive Vignerons is a family owned wine company named so in admiration of Henry John Hill the proprietor of the mail coach service that drove through the family property The property was owned by third generation Longbottom family members ndash Kim and her husbad Mark They established the company in 1996 eventually releasing their first vintage in the year 1998 nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Henry rsquo s Drive Shiraz were harvested and then barrel fermented The juice then undergoes malolactic fermentation before the finest barrels were hand selected This process led to the creation of a deep garnet hued wine showcasing a bright purple rim The attractive bouquet exhibits mesmerising perfumes of cherries liquorice and vanilla bean The rich palate packs mulberry nutmeg and caramel flavours ending the wine in a delicious finish Pair this delicious Shiraz with foods like sausage rolls Aussie beef burger and chocolate pavlova nbsp
