WINERY INFORMATION In the 19th century horse drawn coaches were used for transit of mail and passengers in the Padthaway region Owned by Henry John Hill at the time this mail coach service ran through the Longbottom family property Kim and Mark established their family company and named it afte Henry Subsequently they planted their first vines on the property in 1992 Six years later they released the first vintage of these flavoursome wines nbsp TASTING NOTES This dazzling Shiraz from Henry rsquo s Drive Vignerons displays a dark inky black colour lined by purple hues The perfumed nose emanates pleasing scents of blackberry liquorice and violets These fragrances give way to the juicy palate filled with flavours of plum mocha and vanilla bean This beautiful red wine culminates in an enticing finale A real delight to consume Pillar Box Shiraz tastes fantastic with beef carpaccio grilled vegetables with bold sauces and Parmesan cheese nbsp
