We’ve run with the GSM from this vineyard before. Now it’s time to break it down to the basics with something that’s anything but basic. Here’s the straight grenache from this historic Eden vineyard. And our winemaker has gone to great lengths to ensure this bottle is something special. Ceraic eggs, extended time on skins and whole bunch pressing has coaxed out the finest of tannin profiles and wonderful structure. There’s aromatics, spice and dense fruit contained within. Heady stuff for sure.
