It’s been a while since we’ve had a wine from this producer on site and we are oh so glad that they are back! They have a focus on what McLaren Vale does best - grenache - and this single vineyard expression from old vines is from one of the best sub-regions, that cnsistently delivers excellent wines from the grape. It’s a really, really delicious wine, floral and complex with strawberries, raspberries and cinnamon with a medium body and fine tannins to finish. 2017 was a long and cool vintage -so if you like your grenache slightly more elegant and definitely built to age, this is the one for you!
