Giniversity's Australian Native is a true reflection of the flavours of Australia's South West. Made using macerated Emu Plum, which has been sourced sustainably by local Margaret River Indigenous tour company Koomal Dreaming, this expression is earthy and light. The Geraldton Wax gives a viscosity o the palate while the Lemon Myrtle adds a hint of soft citrus. One-part gin to two parts high quality Mediterranean tonic is recommended. Pour the gin over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with water
