Giniversity Barrel Aged Gin is a small-batch product, aged in a French Oak Shiraz wine barrels sourced from a local Margaret River winery. Exhibiting a striking pink glow, this gin has a sweet earthy palate with an incredibly smooth and delicate finish. Pronounced botanicals include: Juniper, Corianer, Cardamom, Angelica and Citrus. Mixology: Fantastic neat, on ice or ideal for any gin-based cocktail. For a simple G & T we recommend one-part gin to two parts high quality tonic is recommended. Pour the gin over ice and top with tonic. Garnish with dehydrated blood orange.
