Aged in a special consignment of American Oak ex-Russel's Reserve bourbon barrels this gin is made using the Solera method - a painstaking way of blending the individual flavours from 24 barrels over the space of 12 months. Each month half of each barrel is moved around the Solera creating a subtl and delightful aged gin.
