WINERY INFORMATION A family owned winery based in McLaren Vale South Australia Fox Creek produces exceptional wines using a nbsp ldquo boutique rdquo winemaking approach This award winning wine brand believes that wine is chiefly made in the vineyard Hence great care is provided to the grapeines The wines are crafted entirely from fruit grown in McLaren Vale TASTING NOTES This rich and intense wine is a blend of 59 Grenache 33 Shiraz and 8 Mourv eacute dre grapes The bright cherry red coloured drink emanates an attractive confectionary lift coupled with cherry raspberry and mulberry aromas from its delightful bouquet A touch of nutmeg cinnamon clove ginger nut biscuits and musk enriches this perfumed nose further and it effortlessly shifts to an elegant palate A sip of the red wine reveals luxurious flavours of strawberries red cherries raspberries and mulberries accompanied by chocolate eacute clair hints Integrated with focussed tannins the well structured palate leads to a silky and persistent finale This wonderful drink has been crafted to consume upon release but can also be cellared for 5 to 10 years from vintage Serve it with Gouda cheese rib eye steak or venison dishes
