WINERY INFORMATION Family owned Delamere Vineyards offers a unique collection of estate grown Tasmanian Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines These full flavoured wines are crafted under the supervision of accomplished winemakers Shane Holloway and Fran Austin In 2011 Fran joined her husband Shane inwinemaking with the aim to create premium cool climate wines The company was started in the year 1982 nbsp TASTING NOTES The Pinot Noir grapes used to produce Delamere Estate Ros eacute were sourced from Block D of the Pipers River area and then fermented at low temperatures This process led to the creation of a salmon coloured wine displaying a pale orange haze The attractive bouquet exhibits intense aromas of red fruits The plush palate contains juicy flavours of cranberry raspberry strawberry and red currant coupled with delicate floral and subtle savoury notes The finish is crisp and dry This complex Ros eacute tastes amazing with slow cooked pork belly smoked octopus or prosciutto nbsp
