What's great about this rosé is that it has this crisp, savoury freshness. Made from Sangiovese grown on De Bortoli's King Valley vineyard near the base of the Victorian snowy mountains, it's about as close to a pale, food-friendly Tuscan rosato as you can ge. Pass the prosciutto! De Bortoli are the masters of this style of modern rosé, and they've nailed the brief with this uber friendly (amici is Italian for friend after all) Sangiovese based pink.
