WINERY INFORMATION Crittenden Estate wines showcase the innovative winemaking styles of Garry and Rollo Crittenden The foundation of the estate was laid down by Garry whose love for wines encouraged him to make a career shift from horticulture to viticulture The Crittenden family planted their frst vines in the year 1982 The family vineyard is situated on the northern slopes of Red Hill in Mornington Peninsula TASTING NOTES Only the finest Sangiovese grapes were used to create this pretty Pinocchio Rosato The juice obtained was barrel fermented and aged on gross lees to enhance its texture The fragrant nose exudes mesmerising aromas which intermix with berry fruit flavours on the lively palate These dazzling characters are balanced by vibrant acidity to end the wine in a clean finale This spectacular ros eacute style wine can be enjoyed as a refreshing drink on its own or served with grilled beef nbsp nbsp
