WINERY INFORMATION Winemaker Rollo Crittenden started his career by working as the head of vineyards in Italy and America after completing his studies from Charles Sturt University As a second generation member of the Crittenden family Rollo continues to carry forward the family legacy of producng enticing Italian and Spanish wine varieties He also acts as the General Manager of Crittenden Estate TASTING NOTES This dazzling Geppetto Brut is a stylish blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes It displays a pale gold colour with persistent beads stemming from the glass Fresh scents of strawberries from Pinot Noir grapes combine with zesty lemon fragrances to offer an attractive bouquet This stunning Brut is lively on the palate filled with fresh fruit flavours that are accompanied by creamy notes The magnificent elements in the wine culminate in a balanced finish marked by crisp acidity Drink this full flavoured wine on its own as an aperitif Alternately serve it alongside tomato and Taleggio tarts or a light seafood platter nbsp
