WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Sits in a small pocket 6km north west of Tumbarumba located at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains home to Australia rsquo s highest peak Mt nbsp Kosciuszko Tumbarumba is one of nbsp Australia rsquo s premium cool climate wine regions perfect for the production o high quality sparkling nbsp and table wines nbsp Winemaking The wines were individually barrel fermented before blending and have spent 4 years on Lees TASTING NOTES The blend is 50 50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir nbsp The colour is bright with a straw hue nbsp The bouquet is fresh displaying white blossom and citrus but showing complexity that is mellow and biscuity from the time on Lees nbsp Dominated by citrus flavours the juicy lemon and grapefruit are balanced with the subtlety of white stone fruits and berries nbsp The bead is crisp clean and of pure fruit flavours that you would expect to find in high altitude wines nbsp It has a lovely dry finish
