WINERY INFORMATION Owners Ed and Dave Swift became part of the family wine business in the early 2000s Without any formal qualification in winemaking and viticulture both Ed and Swift became an integral part of the company Ed also held the position of President of the regional grape growers assoiation for two years Besides being the Branding and Marketing Manager of the company Dave also manages the estate rsquo s vineyards nbsp TASTING NOTES This stunning Printhie Sparkling Brut is a stylish blend of 90 Chardonnay grapes with 10 Pinot Noir grapes These grapes were cold settled and then cool fermented followed by treatment with yeast lees The resulting wine features a pale yellow colour with light green tints This delicious Brut flaunts scintillating aromas and complex flavours of citrus green apple and spice characters The finish is balanced and captivating With the potential to be cellared for one year this beautiful white blend tastes excellent with scrambled eggs potato chips and Parmesan cheese
