They’ve tasted the chardonnay in every amphora, selecting only the best for their top white wine. Smoothness and mierality abound, coupled with lemon, orange, cinnamon and nutmeg. There’s no oak to weigh it down, making for a clean and layered expression of Mornington chardonnay that highlights the purity of the fruit.
