This chardonnay is something of a cool climate treasure. Meticulously picked by hand from two top-quality sites and crafted with maximum TLC. The wine sits perfectly in the middle of the chardonnay spectrum. It saw only 10% new oak and partial malolactic fermentation - so there are bright notes and few richer highlights too. A touch of lees stirring has resulted in a beautifully textured wine, full of white peach, grapefruit and almond meal.
