We look for a fairly full mouthfeel juxtaposed with a nice line of flintiness. This chardonnay, made by one of our go-to Yarra producers, hits that balance beautifully. There’s citrus and melon, a little creaminess, and plenty of minerality to cleanse the palate on the finish. Life is all about balance, so maybe it’s time to get this chardy in your life.
