2012 vintage in McLaren Vale was fantastic, with the lower yields producing excellent quality throughout the region. A blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Shiraz, and 10% Merlot seasoned in French & American oak. The bouquet of this wine has upfront mulberry and blueberry fruit supported by a hint f eucalypt and herbal spice. The three grape varieties combine beautifully to produce a truly luscious wine. It is structural with even tannins, blackberry fruit and a savoury finish.• Gold Medal | The Great Australian Wine Show 2014.
