Thank you Coonawarra, you’ve done it again! Clear nights and a warm summer allowed the grapes to be concentrated deep with flavour and sparked an early April harvest. With a mix of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot, the grapes were fermented separately in stainless steelvessels before being transferred into French and American oak to mature for 20 months. Dark purple with a dense palate of spiced cherry and ripe blackcurrant, this wine is well balanced with toasted bread and sweet vanilla honey notes. Drink now or let it age in your cellar for a few years. A great wine to go in the collection!
