WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard CRFT is proud of its origins and all their wines express the amazing regional and varietal characters of their birthplace Every CRFT wine is crafted using grapes picked from a single vineyard which makes every bottle of wine produced a true reflection of the region xpressing the rich seasonal and regional elements Fruit for this wine was sourced from their K1 vineyard in Adelaide Hills TASTING NOTES CRFT Gruner Veltliner K1 Vineyard 2015 is a dazzling white wine of a golden-green hue Its nose exhibits lovely aromas of white pear along with light notes of celery dill and rocket The palate is packed with pepper spicy and floral notes that give it a zingy acidity and pleasing mouthfeel This wine is fit for immediate consumption as well as eligible to be cellared till 2024 Pairing this marvellous wine with Asian dishes cold meat cheese seafood and even desserts can greatly enhance your wine drinking experience
