From the rich plantings of Chardonnay in the Adelaide hills was born this Blanc de Blancs style, one that has become like family to our producer over the years. Its extreme crispness is harmoniously lifted by citrus blossom and toasted brioche notes. Almost too good to pass up as an aperitif, but wih enough prowess to stand up to some light hors d’oeuvres (we definitely had to look that spelling up, we’re not really that fancy). The point is, this wine is incredibly fresh, and dangerously more-ish. Let us introduce you to your new must-have party guest.
