$149.00

Short DescriptionCrafted at Scotlands southernmost distillery, Bladnoch Alinta is a rare peated expression from a region more often associated with delicate Lowland styles. Alinta, meaning fire or flames in an Aboriginal language, captures the whiskys essencesmouldering peat layered with warmth and character. This dram offers a bold departure from the norm, blending Lowland elegance with smoky complexity. Tasting Notes Nose A welcoming aroma of gentle peat smoke, layered with toasted oak, vanilla pod, and light honey. Hints of dried herbs and warm spice emerge as it opens. Palate Smooth and oily, revealing notes of charred wood, soft toffee, and smoked nuts. The peat is balanced, never overpowering, allowing sweet malt and citrus zest to shine through. Finish Lingering and warming, with smoky embers, cracked pepper, and a touch of oak sweetness that fades into soft earthiness.
