WINERY INFORMATION Bethany Wines is a family owned and operated wine company started by the Schrapel brothers - Robert and Geoff As fifth generation winemakers they use a combination of modern winemaking practices and traditional techniques to produce well structured and flavourful wines The copany owns a total of 38 hectares of vineyards These 4 vineyards are - Homestead Bethany Quarry Old Manse and Bethanian planted along the foothills of the Barossa Ranges nbsp TASTING NOTES Bethany Cabernet Sauvignon was handcrafted using premium fruit sourced from the Schrapel family vineyards The grapes were traditionally fermented and aged in French oak casks This led to the creation of a deep red coloured wine presenting purple tints A whiff of the wine reveals pleasing ripe plum and cassis aromas These fragrances replicate on the juicy palate to offer a soft and rounded mouthfeel All elements fuse together to culminate in a delightful and satisfying finale This enticing Cab Sauv has the potential to be cellared for 3 to 5 years It tastes amazing on its own or served with red meat dishes barbeques and cheese nbsp nbsp
