WINERY INFORMATION Bethany Wines rsquo winemaking team crafts elegant and flavoursome wines with the objective to showcase the unique terroir characteristics of Barossa Ranges They combine traditional winemaking techniques with modern practices to create an exceptional range of premium wines Geof and Robert Schrapel established the company in 1981 nbsp TASTING NOTES The fruit for crafting Bethany Estate Chardonnay was harvested crushed and immediately pressed The juice was first cold fermented in stainless steel and then in French oak to enhance fruit flavours and complexity This led to the creation of a white gold hued Chardonnay The attractive bouquet exudes fragrances of honeydew and peach These pleasing aromas intermix with peacherine and lemon flavours on the generous palate to culminate in an elegant and refreshing finale This full flavoured white wine can be cellared for up to 3 years This exquisite Chardonnay can be enjoyed on its own or with seafood white meats and summer salads nbsp
