WINERY INFORMATION Bethany Wines is a family owned brand producing elegant and food friendly wines The company was established by brothers Robert and Geoff Schrapel in 1981 The winemaking team crafts these flavoursome wines with the objective to showcase the unique terroir of Barossa Ranges The ompany is located on Bethany Road in Tanunda South Australia nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft this beautiful Bethany Estate Riesling were picked crushed and gently pressed The free run juice was fermented for 20 days This led to the creation of a pale gold hued wine exuding lively aromas of apple blossom and florals The lush palate is bursting with delicate fruit flavours and dry layers of bath salt These aromas and flavours are balanced by natural acidity ending the drink in a crisp and lingering finish This elegant Riesling can be cellared for 6 years tasting great with grilled South Australian King George whiting fillets celeriac salad and seafood platters nbsp
