WINERY INFORMATION Established in 1999 today Bent Creek Vineyards is a joint partnership between Sam Rugari and David Garrick with collectively over 40 years experience in the wine industry With genuine passion for all that is wine it was inevitable the two would meet with an aim to make the bes possible wine from prized growing regions throughout Australia Our winemaking style we concentrate our efforts on sourcing premium fruit from the best vineyards in McLaren Vale and the Adelaide Hills working closely with our dedicated growers to achieve the full potential of each individual site TASTING NOTES After 12 months maturation in new and used American oak nbsp we are rewarded with a bright lifted floral nose with plum and nbsp underlying clove spice The palate is medium to full bodied nbsp with plum black currant fruit liquorice with a dark chocolate nbsp textural finish
