The 2022 growing season was marked by a cool spring and a mild, dry summer, which provided ideal conditions for even ripening and vibrant fruit flavours. The combination of warm days and cool nights allowed the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to develop deep colour, ripe tannins, and lifted aromatics while maintaining natural acidity.WinemakingHarvested at optimum ripeness, the fruit was crushed and fermented on skins in temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermenters to extract rich colour and varietal character. Gentle pump-overs during fermentation ensured soft tannin development and a balanced structure.
