WINERY INFORMATION Angove Family Winemakers is a family owned and operated business producing single vineyard wines from lush vineyards across South Australia It was establishd when Dr William Thomas Angove moved from Cornwall in England to South Australia It is currently managed by fifth generaion winemakers ndash sibling duo Richard and Victoria Angove TASTING NOTES Family Crest Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark blue black hued wine surrounded by bright purple tints Aromas of blackcurrant and mint flow off the luscious nose mixing with nuances of sandalwood The palate is filled with blackcurrant flavours as well as delicate tannins followed by hints of mint and oak The finale is persistent and satisfying This wine has a cellaring potential of 10 years Lamb roast is the perfect accompaniment to this delicious Cab Sauv nbsp
