WINERY INFORMATION Amadio Wines is a reputed wine company managed by third generation winemaker Danniel Amadio Danniel himself selects premium fruit parcels from the company rsquo s Kersbrook vineyards to create these award winning wines The foundation of the company was laid down by Giovanni Amdio who officially registered his dry table wines in 1936 TASTING NOTES Amadio Rosso Quattro is an exquisite blend of Barbera and Merlot grapes with Grenache and Sangiovese grapes It presents a dark plum colour accompanied by brick red tinges Intense aromas of red berries dark cherries and anise fuse with a gentle touch of vanilla to enhance the perfumed nose A sip of the wine reveals juicy flavours of blackberries mulberries and dark forest fruits coupled with light herbaceous characters These aromas and flavours are supported by clean acidity as well as smooth and powdery tannins culminating the wine in a refreshing finale Drink this medium bodied red wine with pizza barbeque and spaghetti bolognaise
