WINERY INFORMATION Giovanni Amadio arrived in Australia in 1927 7 years later he purchased land at East Marden to build his family home He crafted light and dry style wines which rapidly became popular amongst his family and friends In 1936 he commercially registered his dry table wine range hich laid down the foundation of the family wine company The company is currently owned and managed by his grandson Danniel nbsp TASTING NOTES Amadio Shiraz features a deep red colour with purple tinges This beautiful Shiraz presents intense aromas and flavours of plum raspberry and Christmas spice Spicy overtones fuse with vanilla and blackberry nuances to end the enticing red wine in a soft and well-balanced finish Crafted to be relished upon release It tastes great with portabella burgers baked eggplant and lamb nbsp
