WINERY INFORMATION Established in August 2004 Witches Falls Wines is a family-owned winery located on Tamborine Mountain in Gold Coast Hinterland Queensland The winery was started by Winemaker Jon Heslop and his wife Kim As Chief Winemaker and owner of the company Jon takes pride in producingpremium full flavoured wines that can be relished and shared with friends This delicious Verdelho has been named so after the Spanish term lsquo De Aguja rsquo meaning little needles to represent the lively and spritzy characteristics of the wine nbsp TASTING NOTES Witches Falls Verdelho De Aguja shows a pale green hue A swirl of the glass exudes mesmerising scents of citrus ripe melon and tropical fruits with light suggestions of fennel A sip of the wine presents citrus flavours accompanied by subtle spritzy and sweet notes These vibrant aromas and flavours end in a lingering finish This wonderful Verdelho has been crafted to be enjoyed in its youth It tastes excellent served as an aperitif or with carrot pie with apple and goat cheese and a variety of desserts nbsp nbsp
