WINERY INFORMATION Vineyard Witches Falls rsquo owner Jon Heslop has been a part of the wine industry since 1995 when he worked as a wine sales representative Learning the skill and trade he set his sights on becoming a winemaker With this dream in mind he moved to Tamborine Mountain in 2003 ith his wife and two kids to establish his own wine company which he named Witches Falls TASTING NOTES The Chardonnay is a rich golden-yellow coloured white wine varietal that exhibits fragrances of pear honeydew melon vanillin and citrus from its lifted bouquet The palate is balanced and creamy displaying white fruit characters and citrus notes supported by toasty oak nuances This elegant Chardonnay has a cellaring potential of 3 to 4 years and is a wonderful accompaniment to foods like rich cheeses creamy pasta and chicken dishes
