This spicy little number has serious pedigree. It’s from what’s probably the flagship winery of the region. Youââ¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚¬Ã¢â€žÂ¢re looking at a single vineyard wine, with all the character and nuance that entails. Tannic structure makes this almost architectural in feel, with peppery blueberries, sour cherry, wild brambles and aromatic violets. Seven years of perfect cellaring has added an extra dimension, softening it and adding notes of leather, coffee ground and undergrowth.
