One of our favourite producers from the Vale has opened their cellar to us so we can offer their flagship wine to our mofo’s. This is one to crack an hour or two before dinner and let it breathe. If you’ve got a decanter, pour it into there. Once itâ€â„s opened up, you’ll find aromas of sweet dark fruits which carry through to the palate. Coming along for the ride are hints of plum, licorice, a bit of red earth and fine dusty tannins to finish. It’s both savoury and sweet (in a dry wine), bringing the best of McLaren Vale to your dinner table.
