Winemasters Selection Mixed No Chardonnay June

$210.00

Bringing together a premium range of wines at fantastic prices, this pack ensures that you get bang for your buck everytime (and no Chardonnay!). This pack contains 2 of the following wines: Xabregas Estate Riesling 2018 “Te bouquet is subtly complex and quite beguiling, with elements of spice to go with the floral notes. It’s tight and firm, intense and compact on the tongue, with good concentration, richness and length. And a lovely citrusy finish that invigorates the mouth.” Huon Hooke. The Lane Block 10 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Clean, crisp and fresh. A quintessential cool climate Sauvignon Blanc displaying finger lime, lemongrass, juicy guava and passionfruit with good delicacy of flavour and a textural mineral finish. The Pawn Wine Co. El Desperado Pinot Grigio 2018 Lifted white blossom aromas and chamomile notes, over freshly cut pear. The palate is textural and balanced with ripe, white stone fruits, leading to a crisp and refreshing finish. Nietschke Harry GSM 2017 “Wonderfully ripe and fragrant, the wine shows dark cherry, plum, vanilla, toasted nuts and subtle game characters on the nose. The palate is equally satisfying with excellent mid palate weight and fleshy mouthfeel, finishing persistent and silky. Flavoursome and soothingly delicious.” Sam Kim. Dandelion Vineyards Damsel of the Barossa Merlot 2017 Intense crimson with youthful purple hues. Lifted, elegant notes of blue fruits, blood and of course damson plums with a dash of Christmas pudding-like spice. All accented by hints of bramble and dark chocolate. Lush, mouth filling sweet blackberry and plum elegantly cover the palate with nuances of sweet spice. Silky, fine tannins and dark chocolaty notes tickle throughout the lengthy palate with youthful and pretty finish. Spinifex Miette Shiraz 2016 Wonderfully perfumed red fruits, with a darker core underneath. There's spice, berries and a touch of floral lift too. The palate is medium-bodied, balanced and complex, with vibrant, primary fruit framed by fine-grained, ripe tannins. The finish is lingering and layered, with a lovely persistence. A wine that really over-delivers for its price.
