The wine has been carefully selected and crafted by the team at Katnook and exhibits the complex characteristics of Coonawarra terroir and fruit, elegantly balanced through dedicated winemaking. Thenose displays a complex array of fruit, spice and subtle oak aromas. Intense red berry fruit with hints of spiced plum, cloves and spice, interwoven with subtle oak characters of mocha and vanillin. The medium bodied, rounded palate is complemented by silky tannins and great length. Try with a juicy chargrilled steak, slow cooked lamb shanks or wood fired pizza.
