The Katnook Winemaker's Edition celebrates the elegance of Coonawarra's cool climate Shiraz. The wine has been carefully selected and crafted to exhibit the complex characteristics of Coonawarra terroir and fruit, elegantly balanced through dedicated winemaking. The nose displays a complex array of fruit, spice and subtle oak aromas. Intense red berry fruit with hints of spiced plum, cloves and spice, interwoven with subtle oak characters of mocha and vanillin. The medium bodied, rounded palate is complemented by silky tannins & great length.
