Region and Vintage Conditios The 2023 season brought cool mornings and warm days, which helped the grapes ripen slowly and evenly. These steady conditions allowed the fruit to develop brightness and clean varietal character while staying disease free. Source Grapes are selected from small parcels of vines across South Eastern Australia. The vineyards are cultivated with low yields to produce fruit with strong flavour concentration and good natural balance. Winemaking The wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel tanks to keep the style crisp, light and refreshing. This approach preserves the natural fruit character without adding heaviness. Tasting Notes Appearance Straw to lemon. Aroma White stone fruit and lemon zest. Palate Spice, fresh apple and green pineapple with a crisp, dry finish. Finish Fresh, bright and easy to enjoy, with lingering citrus and gentle spice.
