The James Busby range is inspired by the iconic man himself, having arrived in Australia with vine cuttings that would go on to express the fullest character of the Australian terroir and herald the beginning of a world-class wine culture. Here you will encounter fruit aromas on the nose of dark chery, blackberry and pomegranate in this delicious Tassie pinot noir. Then discover elements of spice and bunched fruit paired with toast and earth to add to its complexity. The tannin profile of both bunch and fruit tannins adds drive to the fruit while the bright acidity provides freshness to the palate. It is ideal for cured meats such as salami and prosciutto, as well as soft cheeses. A superb pre-dinner aperitif.
