The James Busby range is inspired by the iconic man himself, having arrived in Australia with vine cuttings that would go on to express the fullest character of the Australian terroir and herald the beginning of a world-class wine culture. This excellent cabernet sauvignon is blood plum in colour wih cassis and dried herb aromas. The palate is nicely weighted with a medley of blackcurrant, blackberry, mace and dried oregano characters. Pair it with roasted or grilled meats such as beef or venison, as well as hard cheeses.
