Very pale straw with a luminous green hue, this wine has lifted notes of limes, orange peel and sweet pea. It is a finely structured Semillon displaying ripe citrus flavours, a tight acid line and refreshing finish. Crisp and dry – it is perfect to enjoy now or is suitable for cellaring. A clssic Hunter dry style, certified biodynamic Semillon from the Broke-Fordwich sub-region of the Hunter Valley.10 wines that define our nation'THIS variety in this region is highly respected worldwide as a mature style, but as a youngster it can be uncertain. The 2012 vintage seems to have imparted a little dash of sav blanc-like character, here with grassiness, spring vegetable notes of snow peas and sugar snaps as well as its trademark varietal bite.
