WINERY INFORMATION Bimbadgen Wines is a reputed wine estate located in the heart of Hunter Valley region The winemaking team led by skilled winemaker Richard Done produces an outstanding portfolio of delicious wines using premium fruit parcels from the estate-owned Palmers Lane and McDonalds Road ineyards General Manager Adam Morris presently manages the company nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Bimbadgen MCA Celebrations Semillon were sourced the estate owned Palmers Lane and McDonalds Road Vineyards The fruit was fermented with natural yeasts and treated with yeast lees for six months The resulting blend presents a bright hue with lime tinges A whiff of the wine reveals delicate aromas of lemon citrus and white floral The intense palate contains tropical fruit and lemon citrus flavours supported by zingy lime acidity This delightful Semillon ends in a vibrant and satisfying finale With the potential to be cellared for 10 years from vintage this flavoursome white wine tastes marvellous with seafood salads sashimi and fresh crab nbsp
