We are starting to see many of Australia's wine regions produce alternative varieties but it's unusual to see a Spanish winery take their most famous grape, Tempranillo, and blend it with the French Cabernet. But who are we to knock experimentation when the results are this good? It's a berry good bend, if you'll excuse the pun, lots of black cherries and blackcurrants with other notes of leather, coffee as well as integrated vanilla oak.
