We are starting to see many of Australia's wine regions produce alternative varieties but it's unusual to see a Spanish winery take their most famous grape, Tempranillo, and blend it with the French Cabernet. But who are we to knock experimentation when the results are this good? It's a berry good bend, if you'll excuse the pun, lots of black cherries and blackcurrants with other notes of leather, coffee as well as integrated vanilla oak. The palate is dreamy and soft with the trademark tannins of both varieties merging well. Red - Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends - Cabernet Tempranillo
