Thorn-Clarke have been growing grapes in the Barossa region for an astounding 130 years! Now six generations on, they have risen to become one of the largest family-owned estates in the region and consistently produce wines with classic Barossa generosity. This single vineyard malbec is picked from heir northern-most vineyard, de-stemmed, fermented and pressed into seasoned French and American oak. The resulting wine is immensely complex and certainly holds no punches. Powerfully aromatic, there’s notes of juicy blueberry, plum and cocoa. The robust palate is intense and textured with rich layers of ripe mulberry, black cherry and spice, held together by luxurious silky tannins. This, my friends, is classic Barossa with true class and sophistication.
