Here at the ‘Fo, we always ask winemakers the same question - “if you were stranded on a deserted island, what three wines would you take?â€Â And every time, every single time, one of the three vinos they name is a chardonnay. I mean, it makes sense. You’re on a tropical island, we’re all assuming the sun will be out, you’d definitely want something fresh, crisp, maybe with a little peach and melon aromas thrown in and some steely acidity to bring it home. Deserted island dranks, amigos.
