Launched last year by Ben Bowles and Andrew Fitzgerald in the Melbourne suburb of Brunswick, The Gospel is Australia's only dedicated rye whiskey distillery. Produced using 100 per cent local grain from a farm in the Murray Mallee region of South Australia, it is aged in a mix of virgin American oakand Australian wine barrels. Signature Serve● Mix 30ml The Gospel Solera Rye with dry ginger ale, to taste.● Garnish with a slice of orange.
